We have been solving HVAC problems for Charlotte homes since 2009.
City Air Experts started in 2009, when Rafael and Roger set out to build a different kind of HVAC company. Both had worked at shops where technicians were judged on the revenue they brought in, and they saw how that pressure got in the way of good work.
Their idea was simple: let technicians focus on what they do best, which is solving HVAC problems. Roger retired at the end of 2020, and Rafael now leads the company as sole owner with the same values in place: always do what matters most for the customer, whether that means keeping an older unit running or installing a new system before summer.
From two technicians to Charlotte’s best
